: Present Wording:
: 1. All protests must be made in writing within one (1) hour after completion of race to the racing Director only. Anyone protesting to an official other than the racing Director will be suspended from participation.

: 1. (same as above)

: 2. Announcer shall announce or the Head Scorer shall post the official finishing order of the entire field as soon possible after each race but in any case within 15 minutes of the completion of each race.


: Reason for change:
: If a mistake has been made in scoring the finishing order (which is a regular occurance at some tracks) the handler may have no way of knowing about the error until the trophies are presented. This, on many occations is after the (1) hour time limit for PROTESTS has expired.
