QMA RCP FAQ

Posting a Proposed RCP:

Follow the official format below when posting a proposed RCP. (With the exception of your club President's signature.) Do not post a RCP that is not in the required format or it will be deleted.
When the time comes your OFFICIAL RCP will have to be submitted via paper to your Regional Director as per the timeline below.

Posting a comment to a proposed RCP:

Go to the Proposed RCP in Question and click on "Post Comment". Fill in your name, email, and comments then click on "Submit Comment".

RCP Timeline:

Sept 30 - Deadline for clubs to submit rule change proposals to Regional Directors.

Oct 15 - Deadline for Regional Directors to send copies of RCP's to all other Directors and the QMA national board.

Oct 31 - National Secretary to send complete sets of rule change proposals back to all Regional Directors.

Nov 15 - Regional Directors to provide complete sets of rule change proposals to every club in their Regions.

Dec 1 - 31 - Each Regional Director to schedule a Regional meeting with each club in their Region to discuss RCP.
