VISUAL INSPECTION OF CAR

4. Drive Chain must be covered . (Unexposed) Red Booklet p. 11 #9
5. Exhaust System must extend to outside of tail section. However,
   must be within the "triangle" of car, nerf, and outside tire edge.
   Exhaust may not be positioned higher than rear tire. Forward
   exhaust system must be fastened at outer end. Red Booklet p. 11 #10
6. Side Nerf Bars width must extend at least to center of rear tire,
   but no further than outer edge of rear tire. Red Booklet p. 12 #15
7. Battery if mounted in cockpit must be enclosed and vented out. Red Booklet p. 15 #30
8. Weights must be bolted or welded to frame. Red Booklet p. 15 #24
